Say hello to the brand new Jasic MIG 500 synergic water cooled MIG welder! Features abound in this industrial grade separate wire feed welder; DSP technology provides optimum welding performance & its 4 roll feed unit provides an amazingly smooth wire feed. Ease of use is king on the Jasic MIG 500 as it is fully synergic. This means you can set your wire diameter, material type & gas type along with your material thickness and your parameters are set for you. This eliminates having to get the correct balance between voltage and wire feed speed. The machine has a built in self diagnostic system, however, it is very rare that this feature is utilised due to the build quality of Jasic machinery.
The integrated water cooling system allows the included MB501 MIG welding torch to remain cooler for longer, as a result you can improve your productivity. This results in less down time for your welding personnel.
It is capable of welding mild steel, aluminium & stainless steel. Also, it is capable of welding with flux cored wire.
The warranty on the Jasic MIG 500 is 5 years once registered with Wilkinson Star UK.
