The BBWSG-19 cups have a new and improved design built on the original BBW structure. The new features include a threaded brass chassis and a vastly improved gas delivery. These models are also able to be used from 30-40 CFH of Argon flow. The BBWSG-19 No.16 & 17 brand of Pyrex cups is of DC polarity and has an amperage rating of 180.

The BBW is full made in the USA and is set up for 2.4mm tungsten. She performs great at gas rates of 30 CFH to 40 CFH. The BBWSG-19 uses the same diffusers as the original so its still a great affordable consumable. You get 1 spare diffuser disc with the cup as well you can purchase extras in the store.
IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!– DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE GLASS. Just screw the cup on until you feel minimum tension. THE BRASS WILL NOT BOTTOM OUT ON TORCH SO DONT MAKE IT

BBWSG-19 Mounting
If you have a #17, #18 or #26 size torch you will need a #17 kit.
If you have a #9 or #20 torch you will need to have a 45V44 gas lens
