Description

The Rogue ET are powerful high frequency start TIG machines. This easy-to-use welder is designed with a robust and durable housing that is IP23S rated. Weighing below 10 kg this lightweight welder features an ergonomic handle, carrying strap and long extension cables for maximum portability.

Rogue ET offer exceptional arc characteristics, both in TIG and MMA mode. Want more control over your welder? Rogue ET provide several TIG parameters that can be easily adjusted including gas pre flow, start current, ramp up time, ramp down time, finish current and post flow. All of which can be programmed using 2 or 4 stroke mode for greater arc control. Additionally, Rogue ET offers a pulse feature with background current control and frequency adjustments up to 500 Hz for better heat input control. In Stick mode, Hot Start or Arc Force can be adjusted according to individual welding preferences or applications.

New Pulse MMA functionality enhances the performance and improves the heat input control, to minimize thin gauge materials distortion , facilitate out-of-position welding with no undercuts and reducing spatter, thus helping to effectively avoid several welding defects

Break the Rules. Go Rogue.

Rogue breaks all the rules, giving entry-level welders premium accessories and everything you need to start welding, right out of the box. In fact, Rogue’s power stacks up against machines twice its price. Rogue’s new MMA Pulse functionality provides users with improved control, enhanced penetration, reduced spatter, and increased welding speed. Power Factor Control (PFC) technology allows for a highly efficient and steady arc that is resistant to power fluctuations. Break away from convention with Rogue.

More Control with MMA Pulse.

Rogue’s Pulse feature provides welders with enhanced control over heat input and arc stability. The controlled pulsing action helps create a stable arc, preventing excessive spatter and minimizing the risk of weld defects or the need for post-weld cleanup. Rogue’s Pulse waveform facilitates better penetration and fusion in the welding process, which is crucial for creating strong, durable weld joints and ensuring the structural integrity of fabricated components. Pulse technology helps in minimizing the heat-affected zone, reducing the likelihood of material distortion or unforeseen metallurgical changes.

A Portable Workhorse.

No matter where you are working, Rogue is easy to use. Rogue’s compact and lightweight design makes it easy to carry from job to job with sturdy handles and a shoulder strap. It comes with a large digital display that can be easily read from up to 25 meters away, and the optional remote control even allows you to adjust current settings without going back to the machine. Thanks to stable arc performance and weather-resistant housing, you can use long extension cables to work in even the most remote locations, all without affecting process stability and weld quality.

Pulse with Impact.

Pulse MMA and TIG welding are versatile techniques suitable for a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, as well as non-ferrous metals’ alloys. This versatility makes these welding methods suitable for diverse industries, from automotive manufacturing to aerospace, providing welders with flexibility. The benefits to using Rogue’s new MMA Pulse functionality extend across applications, providing easier gap bridging and better penetration in root pass processes causing stronger welds. This reduces undercut in vertical welding, provides better weld puddle control in overhead welding to better keep material in place, and reduces burnthrough and material distortion with thin gauge materials.
